- Conduct the requisite consultation to review the interior and exterior of the house in detail (This can be virtual based on the location)
- Evaluate the condition of the house and identify any areas that may require remediation
- We will create a recap that includes optimum furniture placement, any remediation that may be required, suggestions for decor and lighting, and suggestions for amenities.
- We can work with you to update furniture placement, source decor and amenities, including linens, towels, toiletries, and anything else that will add value to the vacation rental.
- We can provide feedback and assist with your booking platform verbiage as well as photographs for your listing.
