A consultation meeting is the first step of any project. We will schedule a site visit to discuss your staging & design requirements, review your home with a detailed multi-point walk-through, and determine additional ways to enhance presentation, improve marketability, and increase perceived value. Areas that we will cover include:
- Decluttering & Depersonalizing
- Paint (colour & updates)
- Lighting & fixture updates
- Floor plans & furniture placement
- Miscellaneous items to enhance the overall presentation
We will provide a detailed plan of all recommendations to maximize your home's potential and strengthen its comparability and overall perceived value. Remember, first impressions are critical!

The consultation meeting is the perfect opportunity to get an outside perspective on your home and find out what you can do to improve the readiness of your home for sale.
The consultation fee will be deducted from your home staging package when you book staging services with us.
