Occupied Home Staging
An occupied home is much different than staging a vacant house as this involves the presence of existing furniture and decor. These are the steps we will follow:
- Conduct the requisite in-home consultation to review each room in detail
- Evaluate the house's condition and identify any areas that may require remediation before staging (painting, lighting, minor repairs etc.)
- Discuss de-personalizing, de-cluttering, and deep cleaning if applicable to any rooms
- Identify staging needs and all options available for an Occupied Home
- We create a plan to prepare for staging, design rooms, and set an installation date
- We install and style a selection of furniture and decor for all selected rooms on the predetermined date

Packages
The 'Principal Room Package' includes partial furniture, decor, installation, and styling for three rooms. You can add additional rooms to suit your specific requirements or choose a more suitable package for your particular needs. Custom packages and single rooms are also available.
